What's the difference between project and programme?
A project is a time- and scope-limited task that results in a product that can have a standalone purpose. An example of this would be a supermarket store. A programme would be akin to the works of a master developer, where the supermarket store is but one of the projects within that programme. The success of the entire development is dependent on the successful delivery of all the projects within that development, as each project has a relationship with each other.
