Inner City Infrastructure
The design and constructure of infrastructure in inner city areas can be challenging due to the site constraints and the number of stakeholders involved. The project manager needs to ensure that the new infrastructure will be well-integrated into existing and future neighbouring infrastructure (e.g. MRT) and will be able to accommodate the expected increase in traffic flow.
PPM's expertise in this area is well recognised, as we have been appointed as the infrastructure manager for a number of projects, including MyTown Shopping Mall in Kuala Lumpur for Boustead-Ikano, Johor Bahru Shopping Centre for Ikea Retail Asia, Bukit Jalil Infrastructure for Boustead Building Materials, and KL Midtown Tunneling Works for Infra Segi Sdn. Bhd..
