However, even with best efforts, construction claims between construction parties are still unavoidable for almost all projects, in particular megaprojects, due to the complexity of the processes, the number of parties involved and unforeseen circumstances.
PPM is experienced in working for both project owners and contractors. When working for project owners, our focus is on claims prevention and mitigation, claims management and claims evaluation. When working for contractors, we assist with claims identification, claims preparation, defence of claims and evaluation of claims from subcontractors and suppliers.
