With our team of over 50 professionals, we are experienced in the deliverance of project management, construction management, project controls, management consulting and claims services in built environment projects, from conceptualization and tendering to closing out. Furthermore, we have developed deep understanding of the needs of different parties through acting on behalf of project owners, contractors to consultants on different projects.
We have the proven track record of delivering very challenging projects, e.g. completing a Bio-Safety Level 3 (BSL-3) molecular laboratory within 17 days during full lockdown at the start of the Movement Control Order (MCO) period, managing infrastructure in inner city areas involving collaboration with MRT Corp, and constructing telecommunication towers at over 269 sites in Sarawak including some very inaccessible and remote rural locations.

As a young company, we are keen to adopt new technologies and apply them to projects. We collaborated with Swinburne University on the application of Building Information Technology (BIM) to local construction projects, and was able to utilise BIM in project management and design management for our projects, e.g. Western Digital Sarawak 25-Million NPP Expansion Project and Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur.
Furthermore, we can deliver tangible commercial benefits to our clients, e.g. for the MyTown project, we proposed alternative design for the lift shaft which made significant savings; we also spearheaded valid claims for our clients in order that they could turnaround a potential loss-making situation into a profitable one. We assist project owners, contractors and consultants who may not have the capacity, capability and/or expertise internally to effectively manage their projects. Our services can be tailored to their specific needs, from acting as full-service Project Managment Consultant (PMC) to offering specialist services such as scheduling and claims preparation.
