Development Manager (Sarawak)

We are looking for a Development Manager to join our growing team.  Preferably the successful candidate will have experience in project management within the property development.

Key Roles

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing property development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property development, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing all aspects of property development including but not limited to statutory guidelines, planning, contracts, construction, sales & marketing and finance.

Requirements

• Willing to be based at project site and work outside of office hours when required
• Able to take responsibility for own works and work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to think of the big picture and pay attention to details at the same time

• Have strong organisational, critical thinking and analytical skills
• Confident in communicating with and presenting to different audiences, including clients
• Proactive in communicating with clients, stakeholders and teammates and in obtaining project information and data from the relevant parties 
• Able to work well with other team members

Skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Willing to be relocated within Malaysia
• High competency in Microsoft Office products

Experience

• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in project management within the property development.
